SCARVE: New Live Video Posted Online

September 20, 2005

French metallers SCARVE have uploaded a video clip containing the first two songs ("An Emptier Void" and "The Path to Apoptosis") performed during the group's headlining set at the second installment of Iceland's MOTU Festival, which took place on June 11, 2005 in Reykjavik. Check it out at this location.

SCARVE will enter Dug-Out studio in Uppsala, Sweden in the spring to begin recording the follow-up to last year's "Irradiant", tentatively due in September 2006. The band have also postponed plans to have their debut album, "Translucence" (originally released in 2000),reissued in 2005 with a bonus DVD. "Preparing the bonus DVD is taking more time than expected, and we really want this to be a killer package!" the band write on their web site. A 2006 release is expected.

SCARVE's Dirk Verbeuren has spent much of 2005 touring with SOILWORK after having laid down the drum tracks for the group's new album, "Stabbing the Drama".
