SLASH Featured In New VASCO ROSSI Video

June 22, 2008

VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash is featured in the new video "Gioca Con Me" (Play With Me) from Italian pop-rock songwriter/superstar Vasco Rossi. Watch the clip below. (Note: Slash appears around the 2:05 mark.) Slash played all the guitar parts in the track, which appears on Rossi's new album, "Il Mondo Che Vorrei" (The World That I Wish).

Vasco reportedly got in touch with Slash through Rossi's session drummer, Matt Laug, who previously played with Slash in SLASH'S SNAKEPIT.

The 56-year-old Vasco Rossi is the most successful artist in Italy and is in the middle of a sold-out stadium tour of the country.
