SLASH, MEGADETH, STEEL PANTHER, RISE AGAINST, BILLY TALENT, FEAR FACTORY, AS I LAY DYING, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, KYUSS LIVES!, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, PERIPHERY, TERRORVISION, GINGER and RECKLESS LOVE have been confirmed for the 10th annual installment of the Download festival, which will take place June 8-10, 2012 at Donington Park, United Kingdom.
