SMASHING PUMPKINS Expand Tour

The Pulse of Radio (formerly Launch Radio Networks) reports: SMASHING PUMPKINS have expanded their current North American tour, the band's first full-fledged road trip on these shores since breaking up in 2000. According to LiveDaily.com, the reactivated group has added shows in Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The group has also added a fourth night in the Philadelphia area and a festival appearance in Miami, extending the schedule into the middle of November.

Many of the dates on the tour are sold out.

The band, which features original members Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin, is supporting "Zeitgeist", its first album of all-new material in seven years.

The latest single from the CD is called "That's the Way (My Love Is)".
