SOULFLY Guitarist To Play Benefit Gig For Make-A-Wish Foundation
February 25, 2008SOULFLY guitarist Marc Rizzo will play at Club Europa in Brooklyn, New York on Saturday, March 1 as part of a free, all-ages "WSOU Night" benefit concert for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Also scheduled to appear are MAHAVATAR, ECHOSTREAM, LEIANA and KIYOMI.
Club Europa is located at 98 Meserole Ave in Brooklyn, NY. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., show starts at 7:00 p.m.
While there is no admission charge, donations will be accepted for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York.

Rizzo's latest solo album, "The Ultimate Devotion", was released on July 31, 2007 through Shrapnel Records in the U.S. and Mascot Records throughout Europe.
SOULFLY members Max Cavalera (guitar/vocals),Joe Nunez (drums),Marc Rizzo (guitar),and Bobby Burns (bass) entered Porch Studio in Florida on September 12 to begin recording the band's sixth studio album for an early summer 2008 release via Roadrunner Records. Working titles for some of the 13 songs which were tracked include "Burndown", "Enemy Ghost", "Axis of Wrath", and "Blood, Fire, War, Hate".
SOULFLY's upcoming CD will feature guest appearances by MORBID ANGEL frontman David Vincent and THROWDOWN singer Dave Peters.
