STAIND: 'Believe' Video Posted Online

July 28, 2008

"Believe", the new video from Springfield, Massachusetts natives STAIND, can be viewed below. The song comes off the group's new album, "The Illusion of Progress", which is due on August 19 via Atlantic Records. Guitarist Mike Mushok told Billboard.com that it's "a very different record for us, but better different." Vocalist Aaron Lewis added that it's "probably the most musical record we've made yet."

STAIND will release a special edition of the new CD featuring three bonus tracks and a one-year membership to the group's fan club. The band is also allowing fans to pre-order the album via their cell phones with a new mobile Amazon.com promotion.

STAIND will perform on ABC-TV's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" tonight (July 28).

"The Illusion of Progress" is the follow-up to 2005's "Chapter V", which has sold just under one million copies in the U.S.

STAIND is in the middle of a U.S. tour with 3 DOORS DOWN and HINDER; international dates with NICKELBACK are scheduled for September.
