TED NUGENT To Collaborate With GODSMACK

April 14, 2005

ABC ePrep reports: Ted Nugent says he's writing music for a new album, and he's collaborating with country star Toby Keith and the band GODSMACK. Nugent toured with Keith last year and he and GODSMACK were among the acts on the line-up of Rockin' The Corps, a concert at the Marine Corps Air Station, Camp Pendleton. GODSMACK performed with Nugent during his set, and Nugent told ABC ePrep that he was very impressed with their performance. Nugent, an avid hunter, says he's not sure when the new album will be out, but he told ABC ePrep, "I'm hoping it'll be out before the hunting season."

If you can't wait to own something of Nugent's, you can bid on the memorabilia he'll be auctioning off next month. As previously reported, the auction will feature stage costumes, hunting gear and apparel, a 1994 limited-edition Corvette, and more. The auction begins May 15 and will run through May 22.
