THE BINARY CODE: 'Suspension Of Disbelief' Track Listing, Artwork Revealed

November 23, 2009

New Jersey progressive death metallers THE BINARY CODE have released the track listing and artwork for their debut album, "Suspension of Disbelief", which is slated for a digital-only release through MetalSucks. Engineered by Paulie Cutri and THE BINARY CODE's own Jesse Zuretti (who also handles the band's design and artwork),the record is due to drop December 15 and features a bang-up mixing job courtesy of Kevin Antreassian (NUMBER TWELVE LOOKS LIKE YOU, KNIFE THE GLITTER).

"Suspension of Disbelief" track listing:

01. Suspension of Disbelief (Part I & II)
02. Mechanical Seas
03. Ghost Planet
04. Void
05. The Story
06. Human Condition
07. Awaiting Necropolis
08. Void II

According to a press release, THE BINARY CODE's new material is "the band's most progressive, brutal, technical and genre-bending work to date, incorporating the brutal grooves of MESHUGGAH and artfulness of GOJIRA with a sense of technicality and musicianship that draws comparisons to avant-garde techsters SIKTH and BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME. This is breaktaking music that makes you stop and think... 'What the fuck did I just hear???'"

Be sure and catch THE BINARY CODE with Relapse death-thrashers REVOCATION and French experimental metallers HYPNO5E on the "Metal As Art" tour this winter.
