THE DARKNESS To Headline Finland's ILOSAARIROCK Festival

British rockers THE DARKNESS have been confirmed for Finland's Ilosaarirock festival, set to take place July 14-16 in Joensuu. Also scheduled to appear are MOKOMA, NEGATIVE, ENTOMBED, KATATONIA, RAISED FIST, ROTTEN SOUND, SCAR SYMMETRY, SWALLOW THE SUN, DEATHCHAIN, DIABLO, TAROT and TWILIGHTNING, among others.

THE DARKNESS's second studio album, "One Way Ticket to Hell …and Back", was released last November. The album was the follow-up to THE DARKNESS' 2003 debut, "Permission to Land" (Must Destroy/Atlantic),which was certified gold in the United States for sales in excess of half a million copies.
