THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN Guitarist Remixing LIL WAYNE?
September 19, 2008THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN guitarist Ben Weinman has told UK's Rock Sound magazine that he he recently did a remix of the LIL WAYNE track "Lollipop" but that he is "not sure if it is coming out." He added, "That beat got so played and remixed so his record label did not want to put out mine and it get lost. They are actually going to send me the JAY Z/LIL WAYNE track way upfront so I should be one of the first remixes of that track, hopefully. They want LIL WAYNE to get rock press, he loves rock, Kurt Cobain is his favorite artist. He loves to play guitar but he is horrible at it, another part of the deal is that I teach him how to play guitar.''
