THE KOVENANT Explain Oslo Show Cancellation, Plan New CD

October 31, 2003

THE KOVENANT have posted the following message on their web site:

"The show in Oslo Rockefeller on the 18th of October was sadly cancelled. Lex got some throat problems, and is now forbidden to sing, or strain his voice for 6-8 weeks. A new show will be set up as soon as possible. And the band is currently working on the next and final album to be released on [Nuclear Blast Records]. The plan is for it to be recorded sometime next year. And hopefully be released next year as well. The DVD is also going along pretty well, although slow. The amount of material to be edited is staggering... Winter approaches."
