THE SHOWDOWN Issues 'Feel Like Hell' Digital EP

September 24, 2007

Tennessee's THE SHOWDOWN has issued the following update:

"We dug up the three B-sides for [the latest THE SHOWDOWN album] 'Temptation Come My Way', and put them up online. All of the songs simply would not fit on one disc, so to keep a steady stream of high-voltage heavy metal flowing in your life, we created the 'Feel Like Hell' EP. We put the whole song 'Feel Like Hell' up for you to headbang to or add to your profile. You can grab the whole 'Feel Like Hell' EP from our MySpace or straight from your iTunes music store.

"We would like to send out a huge thanks to everyone that came out and hung with us at Ozzfest, SHADOWS FALL / ALL THAT REMAINS and our headlining shows. You guys got us through it all. It was a crazy summer; we have never been busier in our lives. We were put to the test and we pushed the limits of touring as far as we possibly could. We made it through, we are heavier than ever, and we can't wait to get back on the road jamming heavy metal."

Back in May THE SHOWDOWN filmed the video for the song "Temptation Come My Way" with accomplished music video director Doug Spangenberg, who has worked with NORMA JEAN, THIS IS HELL, TERROR and LAMB OF GOD.

THE SHOWDOWN was named one of AP's "100 Bands You Need To Know" In '07, and was profiled as a "Band To Watch" in Revolver magazine.
