THIN LIZZY, CHEAP TRICK To Team Up For Australian Tour

THIN LIZZY and CHEAP TRICK will be teaming up for the "Double Trouble 2" tour of Australia in December. Confirmed dates are as follows:

Dec. 02 - Brisbane, AUS @ River Stage
Dec. 04 - Newcastle, AUS @ Entertainment Centre
Dec. 06 - Wollongong, AUS @ Entertainment Centre
Dec. 08 – Sydney, AUS @ Capitol Theatre
Dec. 12 – Melbourne, AUS @ Palais
Dec. 15 – Adelaide, AUS @ Thebarton Theatre

As previously reported, THIN LIZZY has been added to to the bill for next year's DEEP PURPLE/STYX U.K. tour. The band's current lineup includes vocalist/guitarist John Sykes, guitarist Scott Gorham, bassist Marco Mendoza and drummer Michael Lee. The band recently commemorated the 20th year since THIN LIZZY mainman Phil Lynott's passing by dedicating and performing 20 dates in remembrance of their late frontman. Dubbed the "20/20 Tour", the trek saw the band hammering out all of the greatest hits and a few rarities.
