UNEARTH To Enter Studio In June

UNEARTH vocalist Trevor Phipps announced from the stage at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ Friday night (April 18) that the band will enter the studio in June to record a new album with producer Adam Dutkiewicz (KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, THE ACACIA STRAIN, AS I LAY DYING, EVERY TIME I DIE). Adam produced most of the band's early albums (including their breakthrough, "The Oncoming Storm"),but UNEARTH's latest CD, "III: In the Eyes of Fire", was done with Terry Date (PANTERA, DEFTONES).

No release date or title was announced.

UNEARTH's first-ever DVD, "Alive from the Apocalypse", debuted at No. 13 on Billboard's Top Music Videos chart with first-week sales of 1,800 copies. It also landed at No. 15 on the Top Video/DVD chart in Canada, where it was certified gold just one week after its release.

Canada is the first territory to commemorate certified gold status of "Alive from the Apocalypse".
