UNEXPECT: Video Interview Available

October 28, 2008

Zorro of Capital Chaos conducted an interview with ChaotH (a.k.a. Frédérick Filiatrault) of Montreal's rambunctious and unique classical/black metal ensemble UNEXPECT at TheBoardwalk in Orangevale, California on March 21, 2008 while the band was on tour with SUICIDE SILENCE, NILE and THE FACELESS. Watch the 10-minute chat below.

Having recently finished a North American tour with The End Records labelmates SIGH, UNEXPECT has been hard at work in the studio working on material for its forthcoming, yet-to-be-titled full-length album. At the end of this month, the band will taking a break from writing and head to Europe for a tour with SEBKHA CHOTT.

Commented the group: "Our third national tour of the year is now in the past but we shall remember it with smiles and grins. We had a great time with SIGH and it was most enjoyable to see all those people gathered all over the country for this strange fiesta. We had a lot of fun with our new Japanese friends."

UNEXPECT released its debut album, "In a Flesh Aquarium", in the summer of 2006 via The End Records.
