The concert marked AC/DC's first time in Philadelphia since the band played in the city back in 2016 at Xfinity Mobile Arena — then known as the Wells Fargo Center.

As previously reported, AC/DC's show scheduled for Friday, September 25, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey has been postponed due to the "incoming inclement weather", the venue announced. The show has been rescheduled for October 2. Tickets will be honored on the new date.

AC/DC's MetLife concert is part of the legendary hard rock band's "Power Up" tour, which was originally slated to conclude at the Lincoln Financial Field.

The "Power Up" world tour takes its name from AC/DC's 2020 album, which reached No. 1 in 21 countries. It began with the band's long-awaited return to the stage at Power Trip in California in 2023 and has since sold out dozens of stadiums across four continents.

AC/DC has said that the current run of shows is the last North American leg of the "Power Up" tour.

AC/DC's current touring lineup features lead guitarist Angus Young, vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and bassist Chris Chaney.

AC/DC was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2003 and has sold over 200 million albums worldwide.

Johnson, who is 78 years old, has been the singer of AC/DC since 1980.
