March 6, 2010

Between dates on its recent tour with AC/DC, Australian retro-rock combo WOLFMOTHER filmed a video for its forthcoming single, "Far Away". The clip was shot in Sydney and was directed by Sam Stephens of Hydra (PASSION PIT's "The Reeling", MUSE's "Uprising").

Check out photos from the video shoot below.

"Far Away" comes off WOLFMOTHER's second album, "Cosmic Egg", which sold 28,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 16 on The Billboard 200 chart. Released on October 27, 2009, the group's first CD since the departure of drummer Myles Heskett and bassist/keyboardist Chris Ross was recorded in Los Angeles with heralded U.K. producer Alan Moulder.

WOLFMOTHER's 2006 debut sold more than 500,000 copies in the U.S. and featured the Grammy-winning single "Woman".
