ZERO HOUR Announce New Singer: Audio Clip Available

February 6, 2006

San Francisco Bay Area progressive metallers ZERO HOUR have announced the addition of singer Chris Salinas (formerly of POWER OF OMENS) to the group's ranks. "The guys couldn't ask for a better person and vocalist for the band," the group write in a statement. "This will be the lineup for many CDs and live appearances."

According to the band, "ZERO HOUR recorded a track to see how the four members would work together in the studio (finding out from our past that this is a very, very important issue with band) and that everyone was willing to put in the maximum effort possible. The results are simply the best ZERO HOUR has ever had and we are excited to share a two-minute clip of the song 'Evidence of the Unseen'."

Check out the sample audio clip at this location (MP3, 3.2 MB).

ZERO HOUR have completed the songwriting process for their new album, "Specs of Pictures Burnt Beyond" and are expecting to begin tracking the material once they have finished the label negotiations for the new disc.

"Specs of Pictures Burnt Beyond" tentative track listing:

01. Specs Of Pictures Burnt Beyond
02. The Falcon's Cry
03. Face the Fear
04. I am Here
05. Zero Hour
06. Evidence of the Unseen

ZERO HOUR's most recent CD, "A Fragile Mind", was issued last year through the Sensory label.
