FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH Signs With ARTIST GROUP INTERNATIONAL

February 5, 2019

According to Billboard, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH has left the WME booking agency and signed with Artist Group International, home to METALLICA, DEF LEPPARD and RAMMSTEIN. The band will be represented at Artist Group International by veteran rock agent Peter Pappalardo, whose roster includes MEGADETH.

"They are a bonafide arena headliner, and there aren't a ton of those in the rock world right now," Pappalardo said.

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH has yet to announce a permanent replacement for drummer Jeremy Spencer, who left the band in December. After sitting out the fall leg of the group's recent co-headlining tour with BREAKING BENJAMIN, Spencer underwent a second back surgery and will need a significant amount of time to recover.

For its fall tour, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH was joined behind the kit by 33-year-old drummer Charlie "The Engine" Engen. It is not clear if he will remain with the group or if they will seek a new and permanent replacement for Spencer.

Spencer co-founded FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH in 2005 with guitarist Zoltan Bathory.

Singer Ivan Moody, bassist Matt Snell and guitarist Caleb Bingham rounded out the band's original lineup, with only Bathory and Moody now remaining.

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's latest album, "And Justice For None", debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart back in May 2018.
