CASKETGARDEN Parts Ways With Bassist
March 5, 2009Hungarian melodic death/thrash act CASKETGARDEN has parted ways with bassist Gábor Ori. The band says, "[Ori] quit in friendly way by mutual consent. We would like to thank him also in this way for his great efforts, energy, time and money he put in this band.
"On our next gig in Gyor, Hungary on March 13 (with ESCADRON, GALADRIEL, ENDLESS RIVER) it seems we will play without bass, but we've already found a guy for the bass position; he is learning the songs at the moment. He will play first on our gig in Leoben, Austria, on March 27. We will confirm his name later."
CASKETGARDEN's third album, "Incompleteness In Absence", was released last year via Metal Age Productions. The CD was recorded at Studio Denever in Hungary and was mixed at Studio Underground in Sweden by Pelle Saether (CARNAL FORGE, FLESHCRAWL, TERROR 2000, CONSTRUCDEAD).
