FALLEN MAN's New Album Features ED REPKA Artwork

February 9, 2009

Sacramento metal band FALLEN MAN has released its latest album, "Mercenary", featuring cover artwork by legendary metal artist Ed Repka (MEGADETH, MISFITS, DEATH). As a fan of Repka's early work, frontman Mike Gardiner knew Ed was the perfect artist to bring the CD's concept to life. True to form, Ed delivered an iconic cover befitting FALLEN MAN's aggressive style and apocalyptic music.

According to the band's official bio, FALLEN MAN's "potent lyrics matched with aggressive guitar work lead the listener on a path to enlightenment. Mixing political and socially touched expressions, FALLEN MAN strives to be something unique and different. Multifaceted and unpredictable, FALLEN MAN has an engaging view of politics and the American way of life. Angry at the ills of society, FALLEN MAN pulls no punches with their unique combo of intelligent, thought-provoking lyrics and driving melodies. This mixture of metal with industrial leanings is the perfect platform for outspoken lyrics. Songs about war, faith, and society on edge bring the listener inside this meaningful music."
