Former ABIGOR Leader Says He Had Nothing To Do With NAPALM RECORDS Reissue

May 27, 2004

Former ABIGOR mainman Peter Kubik has posted the following message on the now-defunct band's official web site:

"Referring to the email bombardments of scorn and judgement concerning ABIGOR's 'Orkblut/Nachthymnen' re-release I must sum up that I quit the deal with Napalm Records in spring 2003. I don't have any rights on any ABIGOR material anymore, nor did I know that Napalm plan such a release! I didn't know anything of that release, nor do I care about it anymore. However, it's limited and as far I know they did an overall remastering of the songs, so it might be a suitable collectors item, if you can't accept it, just fuck off and don't bore me with tons of emails.

"The 7", 'Shockwave 666' [from ABIGOR] is still not out! I don't know what's going on at Dark Horizon Records, but I hope that the 7" will see the light of day soon.

"Beside that HELLBOUND changed their name into HEIDENREICH because of some [trademark] problems. Also 2 new songs will be recorded soon, maybe a split 7" with INFINITY will be released too, more infos will follow.

"ST. LUCIFER is still in progress and the promo will delay once more, I plan it's release in autumn. Time will tell."
