GREEN CARNATION: 'Light of Day, Day of Darkness' Parts 2 & 3 On The Way?

May 13, 2004

GREEN CARNATION mastermind Tchort (a.k.a. Terje Vik Schei, ex-EMPEROR, SATYRICON, EINHERJER) has commenced the songwriting process for what might become "Light of Day, Day of Darkness" Part II and III. Commented Tchort: "I never thought about continuing on the path set with [2001's] 'Light of Day, Day of Darkness' — until now. Lately I have gotten new ideas that excite me a lot. It might just be the weather and all the light-dressed girls outside lately that makes me feel this way, but it also might be a rush of genuine inspiration that such work as making a second and third part would require".

In other news, The End Records has made available a strictly limited edition double gatefold vinyl version of GREEN CARNATION's "A Blessing In Disguise" (2003) through their mailorder. To order a copy, click here.

As previously reported, GREEN CARNATION filmed two shows in Poland in January for an upcoming DVD. Other bonus material includes a pre-production recording of a brand new song from the forthcoming album, footage from the drum production of "Blessing In Disguise", photo galleries, acoustic material, studio reports, personal bios and personal discographies, photos of equipment used to record GREEN CARNATION's music, exclusive paintings painted by Stein Roger Sordal and more.
