MÖTLEY CRÜE: European Tour Dates Announced

March 30, 2007

MÖTLEY CRÜE has announced the following European tour dates:

June 01 - Wintherthur, Switzerland - Eishalle Spirit Of Rock Festival
June 02 - Milan, Italy - Gods of Metal
June 05 - Stockholm, Sweden - Globen
June 06 - Oslo, Norway - Spektrum
June 08 - Brussels, Belgium - AB
June 09 - Donington, England (Donington Park - Download 2nd Stage)
June 11 - London, England - Hammersmith Apollo
June 12 - Manchester, England – Apollo

MÖTLEY CRÜE's journey will be transformed onto the silver screen with an MTV Films/Paramount project that is scheduled to go into production later this year. The biopic is based on the band's autobiography "The Dirt".

CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx told John Benson of Billboard.com last year that he's in no rush to begin work on the band's next studio album, despite previous reports to the contrary.

"There's a lot of [new] music but I don't feel any urgency," he said. "I guess in a perfect world, the ['The Dirt'] movie and the album and the tour would all kind of come at the same time. But in the MÖTLEY world, I doubt it."
