November 17, 2006

Sammy Hagar has posted the following message on his official web site:

"Be looking for the latest 5.1 sound mix which is a two-hour show and two-hour DVD with a bonus!! Coming in February! It's awesome! It may be the best concert footage I've ever seen. The St. Louis fans were unbelievable!!! Let's talk about seeing Red in the audience! 'Sammy and The Wabos Livin It Up St. Louis, Featuring Special Guests, Michael Anthony and The Other Half'. (Don't you love the long titles.) And if you aren't having any fun yet, you certainly will when you see this!! We'll give you more information as we get it…"

Hagar did double duty while on tour this summer. He played a full set with his band the WABORITAS, and he also did a full-on VAN HALEN performance with THE OTHER HALF, which includes VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony and WABOS guitarist Vic Johnson and drummer David Lauser.

SAMMY HAGAR AND THE WABOS's new album, entitled "Livin' It Up", was released on July 25 via Rhino Records.
