NICKELBACK Get Their "Curb" Back

A Vancouver, Canada, judge recently ruled that NICKELBACK are the rightful owners of the master copy of Curb, the band's 1996 self-released CD that was reissued in the States last month. Amar II Canada Productions Inc., NICKELBACK's former management company, had been illegally holding the tape since August 1998. However, a decision is still pending on a breach-of-contract suit Amar previously brought against the band.
