LED ZEPPELIN's 'How The West Was Won' To Debut At No. 1!

June 3, 2003

LED ZEPPELIN are on track to have the No. 1 album in the U.S. next week, with "How The West Was Won" reportedly outselling its nearest rock rival, EVANESCENCE's "Fallen" (No. 3),by nearly 2 to 1. 50 CENT's "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'" landed at No. 2, according to early reports.

The triple live album is expected to sell around 145,000 units this week, down somewhat on the first week sales of STAIND and DEFTONES last week, but enough to beat MARILYN MANSON, whose "The Golden Age of Grotesque" shifted 118,174 copies in the U.S. during its first week of release.

LED ZEPPELIN are believed to have sold over 200 million albums worldwide.
